My Rules:
* When he first meets me, he doesn't mistake my breasts as my eyes
* Lines like "I love every bone in your body - especially mine" never come out of his mouth
* I don't go from "Girlfriend Status" to "Just Some Girl I Know" when he's around his guy friends
* I get to see him more than once every 2 weeks; Boys night out should not last 13 days.
* My Birthday, Christmas, Valentines day, and annual Anniversaries (I don't do the whole month thing) are days he remembers, and sets time away for me.. unless something really important comes up
* A little romantic reminder that he cares for me atleast twice a year
* Looking at other girls, that's cool. Constantly asking me why I don't look like them, not cool.
*Cheating is an absolute no excuse act. If you want another girl, just dump me.
*Lying over big things for no reason, why do it?

And decent guys - what about them sexually? Nice guys often get dumped for bad boys who are wild in bed!

As far as the sex thing, its true, nice guys do get dumped for the guys who are wild in bed. Same way with guys who dump nice girls for ones that do anything in bed. But I think this is only a temporary thing. Sooner or later guys and girls are looking to settle down and great sex with bad conversation just doesn't last that long. So they start looking for a nice guy who may not be completely crazy in bed, but she atleast has a physical attraction to them.
Now on the otherhand, if a guy fits all my characteristics AND they are wild in bed... that's when they become not just decent but great. And just like an employer looking for employees.. you have to go with the person that has the best qualities for the job. So in that case the guy who is just nice would lose.

a) a guy who does not admire a woman's breasts must be gay (yes, he admires in moderation of course, there's other body parts....)
b) the awkwardest thing is to be on a boys night out with your girlfriend. My friends have done it and it ruins the whole night. So it's either 'some girl you know' or stay at home.
c) seeing them once per 2 weeks? a normal guy will see almost want to see you every second day so that he can get his regular dosage of sex.
d) a romantic reminder? text messages/cards/flowers are for pansies who are insecure about how much their girl loves them. the only romantic reminder is the bedroom.
e) every guy lies about big things... it's nature and a great story to tell in front of the boys.
As you can see, your 'perfect' man type is either gay or non-existent. Sorry, but a lot of guys would prefer to lose a girlfriend rather than his mates. Just like how many girls would rather lose a boyfriend than her mates.

a) A guy can admire a girl’s breast, but they don't need to stare into them during the entire conversation. No girl wants a guy who only sees them as just a physical object. Save that attention for the bedroom.
b) I wasn’t saying I wanted to be with my guy during the boys’ night out. I actually rather not. I was saying, if you have a girlfriend, you should not spend 13 out of 14 days with your guys. Also, you should never be considered as just some girl I know. A guy should be proud in his girlfriend enough to not hide it from his friends.
c) Yea, see girlfriends are not just for sex. When he wants a physical fix should not be the only reason I get to see my guy. I was talking about guys I want for a relationship not just for a hook-up.
d) A reminder isn't for pansies and sex is not a romantic reminder. Again, I am talking about a relationship and not just a hook up. When you care about someone, you show them through something other than sex. You don't leave your girl assuming you love her. It is not alot to ask that a guy thinks out of box every once in awhile to show their love. And trust me when I say if a girl doesn't feel like she is cared for she will find a guy who will show it so that is definitely a way to be single quickly.
e) I don't like when people use the excuse of "everybody does it so I can do it". Because I know plenty of guys who do not lie about big things to their girlfriends. A relationship is based on trust not what makes the best stories in front of the boys.
I never think a guy should chose a girl over his mates because I would never do that for a guy and I never want a guy to be attached to me like that. However, I do think when you are in a relationship, you should treat your girl like something other than an object you own and you should be proud in her enough to not hide her from your guys. A girlfriend should be an addition to your life, not something you get to when you want and neglect when you have other things to do. Sounds like you are more focused on how you treat a girl you just hook up with and I agree with some of your comments if that is the case. But I was talking about a decent guy for a relationship. Even though I know alot of guys who can't fit my rules, I know even more that would and they aren't gay and they aren't pansies. They just know how to show they care.
